Strength Circuit Room
Free Motion Machines
Our brand new strength circuit room is one you have to experience! This room is equipped with 9 brand new Free Motion machines. This top of the line equipment allows movement in multiple directions, as compared to standard weight machines, which move in a fixed path. Research has found that these machines provide better benefits than standard machines
Locker Room
Have you seen our GORGEOUS locker room? Equipped with 24 lockers where you can safely store your belongings upon arriving to the studio.
We have stocked our locker room with women's toiletries such as hair ties, hairspray, body mist, spray deodorant, Q tips, cotton balls & sanitary products.
Our spacious shower is equipped with Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash and towels.

Functional/HIIT Training
Get ready for a workout and a party all in one! You will absolutely get lost and love your cardio workout with us. Our cardio room is equipped with 12 stations of battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, infinity bands, bosu balls and more! Add in the best music mixes and our club lighting, you will keep coming back for more!
