50 Strength & Cardio Sessions

We’ve designed our program for women at all levels. Our small group strength training sessions are programed to get your body tightened & toned while burning fat. paired with the group cardio sessions that will get you heart healthy & scorching up those calories. all sessions are 45 min. and taken at your pace.


Flexible Meal Plan

Clean + Portion Control Plan. The flexible meal plan provides you support for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. the portion control guide comes with a carefully prepared food list and instructions to measure daily caloric intake - easy, simple and it will make life easy!


Coaching Sessions

These meetings might be the most important part of your success. Why? this is where you are not only held accountable, but if something isn't working - we come up with ways to fix it! body scan, measurement tracking & motivation talks will keep you on track!
