On Saturday, 9/21 from 9 AM to 2 PM, we're offering a fun-filled day where fitness meets indulgence. Come experience our free fitness classes, designed to give you a taste of the Lift & Glitz difference. After your workout, treat yourself to fresh donuts and lemonade from DonutNV, or enjoy a cup of coffee with Tipsy Bean Coffee Co. to keep the energy going. We’ll also have free face painting for the kids with Binny from Bin's Art Space, making this a family-friendly event.
