Membership Policies & Fees

At Lift & Glitz Training Studio, we value transparency and want to ensure all members clearly understand our membership policies and fees. Please review the following carefully:

Membership Cancellations

  • Membership cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations submitted after this window will result in one additional billing cycle before termination.

  • All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@liftandglitz.com. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please follow up to ensure your request has been processed.

Membership Upgrades, Downgrades & Billing Information

  • All membership changes—including upgrades, downgrades or credit card updates—require at least 48 hours’ notice before your next billing date.

  • A $15 late fee will be applied to any declined autopay transactions.

Membership Holds & Freezes

  • Medical freezes are permitted at no charge with a valid doctor’s note.

  • Members may place their membership on hold for up to 2 months per pro rated year for a $25 administrative fee.

Class & Personal Training Fees for Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Group Classes:

  • Cancel at least 4 hours before class start time to avoid fees.

  • Late cancel fee: $10

  • No-show fee: $15

Personal Training Sessions:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.

  • Late cancellations: Session will be forfeited

  • No-shows: Session forfeited + $15 fee
