Membership Policies & Fees
At Lift & Glitz Training Studio, we value transparency and want to ensure all members clearly understand our membership policies and fees. Please review the following carefully:
Membership Cancellations

Membership cancellations require a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before your next billing date.

Cancellations submitted after this window will result in one additional billing cycle before termination.

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@liftandglitz.com. If you do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, please follow up to ensure your request has been processed.

Membership Upgrades, Downgrades & Billing Information

All membership changes—including upgrades, downgrades or credit card updates—require at least 48 hours’ notice before your next billing date.

A $15 late fee will be applied to any declined autopay transactions.

Membership Holds & Freezes

Medical freezes are permitted at no charge with a valid doctor’s note.

Members may place their membership on hold for up to 2 months per pro rated year for a $25 administrative fee.

Class & Personal Training Fees for Late Cancellations/No-Shows
Group Classes:
-
Cancel at least 4 hours before class start time to avoid fees.

Late cancel fee: $10
-
No-show fee: $15
Personal Training Sessions:

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.

Late cancellations: Session will be forfeited

No-shows: Session forfeited + $15 fee
