Strength Circuit Training

Our Strength Circuit Training Sessions are designed to help women build lean muscle, improve endurance, and boost metabolism in a small-group setting. With just 12 women per class, you’ll receive personalized coaching as you move through a circuit of targeted exercises. Each class follows a Total Body, Lower Body, or Upper Body format, rotating weekly to ensure balanced training. Muscle endurance workouts are proven to increase energy, strengthen bones, and improve long-term fat burn—key benefits for women at every stage of life. Held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, these sessions empower you to get stronger, more confident, and more capable with each workout.

Functional HIIT Cardio

Our Functional HIIT Cardio Classes combine high-intensity intervals with functional movement patterns to help you burn fat, improve heart health and boost endurance. Designed specifically for women, these workouts focus on agility, coordination and strength you can use in everyday life. You'll move through timed stations that challenge your body with explosive, heart-pumping exercises while keeping proper form a priority. HIIT is scientifically proven to increase calorie burn both during and after your workout, making it one of the most effective ways to shed fat and improve cardiovascular fitness. Join us every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday for a workout that will leave you energized, empowered, and stronger than ever.

Specialty Classes

Our Specialty Classes offer unique, focused training experiences that go beyond the regular workout schedule to target specific goals and muscle groups. From core and glute burners to mobility, recovery, and seasonal challenges, these sessions are designed to keep your fitness journey fresh, fun, and effective. Led by our expert coaches, each specialty class brings variety, new techniques and an extra level of motivation to help you break plateaus and stay inspired. These workouts are ideal for members looking to fine-tune their results, learn something new, or simply mix up their routine. Specialty Classes are offered on select days and announced monthly—be sure to reserve your spot early as they fill quickly!

Performance Monitoring with MyZone

MyZone is a heart rate-based fitness tracker that measures your effort in real time, helping you train smarter and more effectively. Unlike step counters, it rewards you with MEPs (MyZone Effort Points) based on how hard you work, not just how much you move. As a Lift & Glitz member, a MyZone belt gives you personalized feedback during classes so you know when to push and when to recover. It also helps you stay accountable by tracking your workouts and progress over time. You can join fun challenges, connect with other members, and stay motivated through the MyZone app. Whether you’re in the studio or working out at home, MyZone keeps you focused, engaged, and on track with your goals.
