Since we were established in 2015, Lift & Glitz Training Studio has changed lives all over the Atlantic County area. A SAFE SPACE for Women, we’ve made it our mission to teach women how to build strength, character and spirit through focused fitness and sisterhood. We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of all types of fitness facilities to embody this approach and redefine what a state-of-the-art Women's Fitness Studio can be.
